Stephanie completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours) at the University of Warwick in the UK. She then completed a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) before completing a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the Australian Catholic University (ACU). Whilst undertaking her Clinical Masters, she was the recipient of the Australian Psychological Society's student prize based upon both her academic and clinical performance.

Stephanie holds registration with AHPRA, and is a full member of both the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).

Stephanie is also a credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician under the National Eating Disorder Collaboration (NEDC).

On top of her 8 years of university training, Stephanie undertakes regular ongoing training, professional development, and peer supervision; and enjoys keeping up to date with current research and best-practice evidence. She has worked in public and private mental health settings, in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, and is experienced at both individual and group therapy. She has experience across the lifespan, having worked with children, adolescents, and adults.

Stephanie is also a Board-Approved Supervisor.

Stephanie is genuinely passionate about her work, and loves being a psychologist! She feels it is an enormous privilege to work with clients and be a part of their journey! Outside of this, however, she loves spending time with family and friends, travelling, and getting out in nature. She also enjoys hobbies such as baking, reading crime-fiction, watching streaming services, drinking good coffee, and eating chocolate!
